For emergency support during U.S. business hours, our U.S.-based staff are on call for our 24/7 support clients. Outside of those hours (evenings, weekends, and U.S. holidays), the professionals at Redpill are available to step in and save the day—or night, as the case may be.
The support plan offers a one (1) hour response time for all client requests for assistance submitted through the designated channels for conveying 24/7 service tickets.
